Yikes... that's horrible. I hate when people can't take responsibility for their own wreckless actions... especially when driving. I was in accident last year where the damage to my car was aroud $10 000 and while I was in Australia, the guy apparently tried to appeal his case. What a total loser.

On another note, though, I suppose the trying times in life really make us appreciate when things are really good. That is officially my cliche of the day.
