It immediately reminded me of Fatboy Slim's Weapon of Choice - not because of the dancing so much, but because of it's beautiful simplicity.

Who's the artist? I love it! So very faux80s. The quad skates are the best made only better by the Thriller dance routine by the bad girls in yellow. But then the Big Loubouski reference knocked me of my seat. Hysterical.

The artist is M83 and it's from his latest album: 'Saturdays=Youth'.

His previous stuff was more shoegazing-instrumental stuff. While this album still has that, it also has a 80's-John Hughes-soundtrack vibe. Really nice.

I posted another tune from the album earlier this month (Graveyard Girl). That tune and this one really sum up the album.
