My initial response was A, for reasoning very similar to Emily's. However, upon further process, I have to say both A and B propose the same issue: lingering phantom of former intimacy, which would probably affect my paranoia.

With that in mind, I'd go for the Slutty McWhat'sthatonyourface girl in example C.
