There were also some people named simply Butt--not Butts or Butte, but just Butt. As in, Fred Butt, Estelle Butt, etceteras. I have no idea what country these names come from, or how such people live with them. If I had to say, for instance, "now, as a customer, Mr. Butt, we value your input very highly," or, "Mr. Butt, we regret to inform you that your father, Ignatius Thomas Butt, has passed on," honestly, I don't know how I would restrain myself. They must get laughed at hundreds of times every day.
