See, I've been in and outta more than my share of schools. None like this, I admit, but it is still a school, right? And most schools, they gots some kind of clubs or sports or somethin' to do...not just learnin' all the time. This magical stuff's cool and all, but ain't there any kinda track team or softball club or somethin' that folks can join?

Dunno, don't think there's much interest in it. I heard they tried something for some sports last year? But they gave up on it before I even got here.

I think most girls here want to use their free time for well... fun things? Don't get me wrong, I love to move around, but even I can come up with something better than that after roughly ten hours swordfighting a week and six hours archery - and the two hours gunnery, of course.

But hey, pretty, if you're really lonely, I guess you and I can always go to a movie or something. Or if you want it to be really exciting, we sneak out at night, break into the cinema and play our own movie. Just don't tell everyone, especially not the teachers. ;)

'Cept for them two girls playing catch out in the back yard sometimes. But helluva lot of good that is for folks that cain't fly.

In't anything outside class that doesn't need broomsticks...unless you count the music lessons. There's extracurricular fun to be had though, if you ask the right people...
Elsewise, me an' my girl go dancing once in a while. She's not so much around right now, but maybe when they get back we can all go out? Though I s'pose we don't have to wait, if Daatu doesn't react to you like she did to Vanya if I can keep my hands to myself if dancing will do the trick...

Seeing your remarkably short discussion with professor Shier, you could go to one of her extra lessons on Friday, which is open to everyone.

I give a similar extra lesson, though more for melee.

I doubt you will have much luck with finding some club to compete against other schools. There have been attempts before, but for some reason, they always fail. Probably because this is not your usual school and we like to keep that notion a secret from the rest of the non-magical world. We have a basketball field. Utena used to go there a lot, before she had to go back to Japan.

Not much of a discussion there, teach. Sounded more like she wanted me to take extra classes I don't need. Same as you, really, and that's kind of a hard sell to make. Me an "extra lessons" go together bout as well as oil an water. I got better things ta do. Least I would, if this place wasn't such a drag...

Bows and arrows are for folks ain't smart enough to buy a gun. But melee brawlin'? I've been known to scrap a bit. Maybe I'll come pick a fight sometime.

But about this whole "secret school" bit? Hey now, I wasn't suggestin' we go and turn a buncha folks into frogs, or whatever you people do. Just thought we'd get a bunch of gals together for a normal ball game. As normal as things get 'round here, anyways. Reckon I might just hafta shoot some roundball instead. Might be easier pickin' up enough folk for some two on two.

If I remember correctly, up here you were the one asking for some extra things to do after school. The Archery and the melee lessons I offer as well as Professor Tenou's music lessons are at the moment the extra lessons offered.

For the rest, you are free to start up your own club for whatever you like to do. Just don't involve other schools in it. That's against the school's policy, even if you mages do not turn others into frogs.
