OOC: Somehow I doubt Ralph will be dropping by from the hospital. XD; Though I was thinking about letting Liz drop by. She could probably give Jessie also the good news that Ralph woke up from her coma, if Jessie doesn't know it yet. And I promise I will try to get a few comments done before I go to bed. I mean... a somewhat less stressful period has started now. ^^

And yeah, random, useless comment, but I haven't really talked to you in ages, so... XD *hugs* Oh, the bottom of Kate is done. ^^ Still went for the light blue dress. Now if I can only find the perfect pink for Liz...

OOC: Maybe that's I posted my OOC comment only last night? =D Hard to notice it if it wasn't there before. ;) And well... it was mostly for Nash, to let him know I was thinking about it, but just didn't have the time yet to come up with something. ^^; Stupid school...

Anyway, Ralph's accident happened long before Roxy arrived. And since this is Jessie birthday... yeah, it's probably after Roxy arrived here at St. Cat's. ^^ I think. It's at least Jessie birthday and Ralph's accident happened about ... two to four weeks before Jessie's birthday.

But all threads here are open unless it's mentioned in an ooc. Might help to jump in on new threads if they are posted? I mean, a sexy thread between Kate and Liz will be closed. XD They don't like visitors. But most threads if it's not mentioned, it's open.

'This sucks', was all Jessie could say to herself. She curled up, pulling her long legs to her chest and then sinking her head between her knees. It hurt her in a way she couldn't quite explain. She was a rebel at heart...she didn't care what people thought. A small part of her even liked being able to piss people off, going her way and not giving a damn about what people tell her she needs to do

A light knock on the door interrupted the conversation of Jessie and Roxy. At the other side of it stood Liz, with a special birthday cake and a little gift. If there was one girl in the whole school to remember someone's birthday, it was Liz. And as always, she made something nice for the happy birthday girl and got her a little present.

"Miss Jessie?" Liz asked softly. "Can I... Can I come in?"

Jessie glanced across the room when a knock was heard at her door. An interruption. Good. Sure beats having to talk about Ralph, or why she was so down, or what her nightly job was or anything like that.

"What'd I tell you 'bout callin' me 'Miss', squirt?" She hollered out her correction through the closed door, but though loud, her words did not sound entirely mean-spirited. "But yeah," Jessie then added, not feeling like getting up. "You can come on in, if ya wanna. Don't matter to me none."

"Ah...well...." Roxy was about to finish her thought, when a knocking interrupted the process. She heard a soft voice from the other side, followed by the much louder Jessie allowing their visitor to enter.

Curious, Roxy turned her gold eyes back over to the door to await the enterance of this newcomer.

"I'm sorry, Miss Jessie," Liz apologized as she juggled a bit around to open up the door. "I... I thought you only didn't like 'Miss Johnson'..." She managed to open up the door and not drop the birthday cake or the gift. Liz carefully shuffled inside, her eyes fixed on the things in her arms and possible obstacles on the floor.

She stood still halfway in the room and then looked up with a gentle, warm smile for Jessie. "I... I got you something for your birthday, Miss Jessie," Liz said. She then blinked in confusion and turned her gaze towards Roxy. She tilted her head a little to one side. "I didn't know we had a new girl...?"
