although the people i saw over thanksgiving break aren't the people i hung out with in high school, or the ones i'd be genuinely interested in hearing from/about
"I'd like to add/fix/whatever...so as always suggestions are welcome!"
My only critique of the site is that it's written WAY too awkwardly for me to take seriously. It's written in a group third person which reads sort of comically and pretentiously at the same time, as if someone wrote it for you or something. In my opinion, that seems to create an overhype that you guys don't really need. You are good enough, you have enough hype among the bands you've played with and people you know. You could write that in group first person (i.e.: "We played an amazing show the other night..." instead if "On The Surface played an epic and triumphant show the other night.") It's just a little bit distracting and difficult to read. It's like a command -- On The Surface ARE _____ -- and it's coming from some anonymous, un-named third party. Someone is informing me and I have no idea who that is. It isn't the band because they'd have used "We are _____."
Just something to think about? Otherwise, looks FAB.
