Kraft bought Cadbury

According to NPR Kraft just bought Cadbury. You know, the people who make the eggs? This upsets me. Kraft owns a couple chocolate makers already, so I'm worried they're just going to gut the company to cut down on competition. Also somebody called the take-over "hostile".

That's 'cause it WAS hostile. Cadbury's been trying to fight this off for months.

I sincerely hope Cadbury mini eggs are not effected by this.

Yeah, those eggs are awesome. Cadbury makes the only milk chocolate I really love.

Yeah, I wasn't saying it wasn't. I was noting that the newsperson's saying that added to my worry. I don't understand how a hostile take-over works, though.
