I took my test today . i study my little butt off for it. I read all 6 long-ass chapters in the supplemental reading (not even required!) and read adn re-read all the notes and read my old notes from the first time i took the class. I need to take more time to stop and people watch. I LOVE people watching. It is one of my favorite past-times. I haven't gotten a chance to do it in awhile, until this morning. Things have been tiring lately. I think they are finally starting to slow down/become more manageable. I gave my first lecture for the semester this past wednesday. It went alright. Today is Illini vs Eastern Illinois. Its one of our first homegames this semester. As i was coming to work at 8a, i saw bunches of people up and out. I kept thinking, why the hell would you get up now if you didnt have to? Football. Namely tailgating. The DNSers have been tailgating since about 7:30a . I have been having some sad days lately. Too many people are graduating. now. in august.
One person in particular is leaving and moving back home next week and I will probably never see them again. i asked them to go to lunch with me this week. no response.
It is the end of an era. It kind of makes me want to cry. -

It is Sat night and I am in lab. classes start on monday. I have class at the same time that I have to TA, so I have to skip my class to TA. This semester is going to be hard. I am senior clerk at PAR again. I have been there everyday since I got back from Cali (Aug 11) for about 12 hours everyday. I am making bank, but also tired and way behind on ( Read more... ) -

I finally went out last night. It was nice and warm and i wore a dress. I had to stop at lab first to check on the piggies and one ended up being ill, so our outing got delayed by like an hour and a half. But once we left, it was a nice night ( Read more... )
