I'll fire an acid arrow at the creature: 11+5=16 to hit, 3 damage (no save) if it happens to reach its target.

Verealing will fire three more arrows at the same creature, taking care to avoid Groak, Osilgard and the mount:

19 rolled + 16 attack bonus + 1 point blank = 36 to hit for
2 regular + 4 shock + 3 feat/bow + 1 point blank = 10
20 rolled (critical check of 18) + 16 attack bonus + 1 point blank = 37 to hit for
3 regular + 3 shock + 3 feat/bow + 1 point blank = 10
14 rolled + 11 attack bonus + 1 point blank = 26 to hit for
1 regular + 5 shock + 3 feat/bow + 1 point blank = 10
