Yes! I have *always* wondered about this. Perhaps he took a holiday.

Yep Torchwood is going to be Thursday and Friday. Maybe Saturday, but most people would've seen the episode by the time I finally get to it lol.

And I like that last theory lol.

If Jack went to see the 3 of them, he would be crossing his own timeline, which your not sopposed to do, according to the doctor.
