so there's a chance that some big virus is going to be released onto the world tomorrow. whatever. however it doesn't hurt to take the right steps to keep it from infecting your computer. this was sent to us through the radio station email, so i'm passing it along to you.

yeah i think i saw a clip on the news about a virus but i wasn't paying enough attention. some how i doubt at this point it'll happen since it's being talked about EVERWHERE, but better safe then sorry yeah?

I heard about this, but I didn't know what to do about it. Thanks for the info. I'm paranoid so I'm thinking about not even turning my computer on at all tomorrow LOL :P

Yeah, it's real enough. Our news talked about it to. You can add this to your post:

The virus is called Conflicker. Microsoft is actually offering a reward to catch the person/s who made it. Staples stores are offering free tune-ups until the 4th. An easy way to tell if you have the virus is to go to microsoft.com, mcafee.com and symantec.com. If you can load the pages, you don't have it. It isn't clear which browser, I'm assuming IE, so I'd try it in that just to be safe.
