I live in Glendale. My husband and I moved here from California in August of 08. But he went into the Army in September of 08, and came back from the Army at the end of April this year. So, he hasn't had a chance to really enjoy living here.

I'm originally from Arkansas and he's originally from Hawaii, so its certainly a different atmosphere for us. What aboutchoo?

I live in Central Phoenix, and have for almost 9 years. I'm from a small town in Arizona, on the Cali border (Parker, AZ, your hubby might know where that is, it's near Lake Havasu).

I hope your hubby can begin to enjoy Arizona! So far this summer has been gorgeous and perfect.

I'm too busy/lazy to create a skepchick account; however, after reading the last ridiculous kerfuffle I wanted to comment that I admire your persistence in the face of stupidity and mansplaining, and suggest that several people need a Tone Argument smackdown. I wish I had the clarity of my convictions that you're able to express for yours (which often happen to be mine as well, but....)

Thank you! Sorry for my delayed response; I've been really busy.

I'm almost done with them, because it's getting so old. It's a site for WOMEN, and yet the MEN seem to have the loudest voices.

When I heard that they want to make it so a MAN can SUE A WOMAN FOR GETTING AN ABORTION, I almost lost it.

Ugh!!!
