I think it's time for some more photos! Later today I'll post some old family photos that I've scanned, but for now, some mobile snap shots:

Mark eating a hot dog. This was taken a couple weeks ago, on his first visit. We BBQ'd at my apartment complex with his three awesome kids and then went swimming.

A question BBQ corn - what we do is leave thm in the "husk" and then beforehand leave them to soak in a bucket of water - we then put them on the BBQ and they sort of steam being turned every so often.

So with the husks rolled back you covere them in oil and rotate them - the same way you do a sausage?

Yep, if you want! I would suggest doing it with super fresh, sweet corn only, though. But either way works. Sometimes I get lazy and just boil. :)
