My parents gave Chris and I tickets to see The Polyphonic Spree as a graduation present.  I think it was the best concert I have ever been to.  I sang and danced the whole time.  Then my camera phone was lucky enough to capture this.

Today was graduation, so I suppose that it is official.  My parents, sister, Sydney, Chris, and I went up to our apartment last night.  Chris shared the ipod with me and played nice songs for me that had been the soundtrack of the beginning of our relationship.  We didn't end up in bed until around midnight and the lightening was so darn bright ( Read more... )

A lot has happened the past couple of days.  The evil people at the gardens went back on all of our agreements concerning the wedding.  They claim that the other two consultants we had (both of which are "no longer with them") gave us bad information.  It was ruining everything we had planned.  They suggested we change the time of the wedding.  ( Read more... )

My uncle Ken has recently published a novel about the Minnesota mob and the family's involvement in it.  It's a true story, too.  Of course, I am only related to him through marriage, so my actual blood family was not involved.  I'd like to think that my family was, though, since I call that side "the Vikings" and all ( Read more... )

So yesterday was the end of it all.

Chris had to stay up all night working on a paper.  Really, he did not go to bed.  I kept waking up every couple of hours to the sound of him grinding coffee beans.  He told me that he drank 7 cups.  Then he had an 11:30 am exam, a couple hour break, and then we both had a 3:00 pm exam.  As each person left the ( Read more... )

My exam schedule does not look very stressful at all.  I don't really have much in the way of studying to do either, so I am just coasting on through until the end.  I am going to read My Antonia today, because I didn't actually finish it.

That's the end of classes for me...  Just exams next week and then I'm done.
