I've decided to give fanfiction a try, so I'm going to add this to the top of my journal for easy access. I'll update this post whenever someone recs me a story, or if I come across one that I particularly liked. Howdy! kernezelda sent me the link to your rec page--very cool idea. And it seems as though you, like me, are pretty new to this fandom; it's nice to see that I'm not the only one. I've fallen head over heels after watching the whole series in an ecstatic frenzy over the past few months and am now trying to figure out what's what in terms of fic and fandom. Anyway, just thought I'd say hi!

Hello there, thanks for stopping by. There's a lot of good fic in the fandom (and some not so good as well), so I'm organized for my sanity. :) As for newbies, well myself and several of my friends are also new, so feel free to join in anytime.

Yes, life is too short to read bad fic! And having organized folks with recs pages makes it so much easier to come into a new fandom! *mooches off of other people's organization*

Sure, but only if I can understand and follow the story even if I'm not terribly familiar with the other canon. Both Stargates are fine, maybe Firefly, and Dr. Who, since I've started watching that. Anything else is up in the air.

trolling by on the Friend of friend list -- I'm going to put down a link to feldman's stories which are all very good. Little Acorns especially is epic and fantastic.

Hi :) Yeah, I've read several of feldman's stories already, and have a few of them linked above. She's one of my favorite.
