I'm not sure about that statistic! I heard some for some gay men once you hit 30 you're past your prime. I'm only 21 but we'll see. I hope I feel old later than 29. :/

Right? I agree the statistic seems suspect (it was un-cited and on a late night talk show) but just the fact that it's out there depresses me. I'll be 25 this year, and my friends and I all joke that I'm Christmas cake--because no one wants Xmas cake after the 25th--but that's just a joke...right? Maybe to me it is, but maybe other people take that shit seriously, and that is very sad indeed.

Sorry for the ridiculously late reply, but thank you for the link! It seriously brightened my day, just seeing that there is a reason to hope and to keep striviing for equality in general, that despite the many naysayers I am not alone.
