hehe wow someone likes it :D
there is a lot of "controversy" over icons like those some say they are scary but onto what you asked lol
you soften/blur the face depending on what program you use then sharpen the eyes with the sharpen tool a couple of times then on a lower opacity i sharpened the lips but i didnt want them to look chapped so i did it at like 50% then i brought it back up to 100% and sharpened her hair
