My only wish is that one day I will find someone who means as much to me as my dad does to my mom. I can only hope that that man will love me as much as he loves her.

Their 18th wedding anniversary is coming up and they're still crazy about each other. And I... I am a wreck.

I think I'm just tired.

Maybe you should have your father start a training class for young men.
It could be very good for society.

oh jck, <3. thanks!! i love you too. i think that my dad should totally start a training class! but then there'd be toooooo many people to choose from. which would also be difficult (as the people on the bachelorette would have me to beleive).

<3 hope you take time to see the wonderfulness that is sitting around watching tlc. because it is really a blessing.

i know what you are saying. my parents have been married 29 years, and they are still crazyyyyy in love. and sometimes it makes me sad to think that they met at 16 years old, and they got married at 19, like what am i doing wrong? lol, but then i think to myself. im not doing anything wrong, they are just really lucky.

but if i had to make a bet, i bet taht you get a man who loves you just like you deserve to be loved :)

see your parents too! they're so cute together. but if you think about it you and i are really lucky for having them too. we have very handsome dads that we can use as a guide.

I totally get what you're saying. My grandparents are about to celebrate their 58th anniversary, and it is obvious that they absolutely mean the world to each other, and are STILL at 81 years old, very much in love. (can't use a parents' example because we all know how that turned out...). It's amazing to see, but kind of depressing too, because I'm closing in on 20, and have never been anything but single
I agree with Mia, you'll find someone who's perfect for you, loves you, and who totally deserves to be with you you.
