[Unusually happy is definitely the word to describe Harry. Which means Hisoka is unusually bothered by him as he wanders past. Why is this not a bigger village? Normally, he'd be fine ignoring Harry and hoping Harry ignored him in return, but Harry's presently radiating joy and it's annoying enough to warrant commentary.]

I think that flying rat of yours is anemic. [And by that, he means hello.]

[It's not particularly often anymore that Harry smiles brightly like he is now. Harry's usually a bit better about trying to keep his mind closed, knowing that a stalker empath could be nearby at any moment!! Right now he's not concerned about that in the slightest. However, that mood is starting to crash since that empath has made his presence known. He's not sure what to make of this, but his mood has taken a turn for the defensive.]

My owl is looking for a place to hunt.

[He does not stalk! His mun does. He just picks random places to sit outside and read sometimes in an attempt to be Hermione-free. Figures there's usually Potter somewhere.]

Your owl? They're usually a little more independent than that. I wouldn't suggest letting it out of its cage for very long.

[But he's a friend of Draco's and he's mean, so he must obviously engage in nefarious behavior of some sort! Harry just tends to pop up in places.]

She's been my pet since I was eleven. I think I know when to let her out.

[Hermione spots Hedwig near the center of the village before she sees Harry. It takes her a few minutes of pure shock to register that it is Hedwig, but then she starts looking around for Harry.]

Hedwig? ... Harry?!

[Hedwig is swooping around like she owns the place, really. Harry will come looking when he's called.]

Hermione, look! She came back!

That's great!

[She's not even going to ask how because if the humans can get pulled from any time, who's to say an owl wouldn't?]

When did she get here?

[He has no idea how, and he doesn't particularly care. Having Hedwig back is awesome.]

Last night. She came straight to my window.

[Draco had grown rather bored as of lately, so he had taken to going out and exploring the area around the village. The problem was that he wasn't finding anything even remotely interesting. However, as he keeps moving he soon sees something that he's quite surprised to see. He stops and just stares though because...what.]

[It's good to see him somewhere other than the lake! But really, Harry's paying more attention to his definitely not dead owl, who is flying around like she owns the place. Look at that smile, though!]

[Well. He had known that Crookshanks had arrived thanks to a discussion with Hermione, so he's not too shocked to see Hedwig. Of course, it helps that he didn't know she was dead. However because of the sudden appearance of the pets, Draco had acquired a few owl treats that he's keeping in his pocket, just in case his own eagle owl were to turn up. Pulling one out of his pocket, he's going to approach the boy and his owl, lightly nudging Harry with his elbow while holding the treat in his palm for Hedwig. He can't really say much about Harry's sheer glee beyond the fact it's kind of good to see, so he focuses on the owl.]

And when did she turn up?

[Treats? This boy has treats? Well, count Hedwig in for that. She'll swoop down and land on something nearby, hooting curiously. Harry's still beaming.]

Just last night. Didn't think she was going to turn up.

[Ron's been making a few friends recently, so he's actually been out and about. Imagine his surprise when he not only sees an owl flying through the air, but... hell, it's a rather familiar-looking one. He thinks it's just a coincidence until he gets closer, and oh hey, it's kind of hard not to recognize an owl that you've known since you were eleven. Even harder still to ignore the messy-haired, bespectacled kid behind it that's been your best mate just as long.]

When did this happen?

[And naturally, Harry's going to gravitate over to his best mate. He's so damned happy.]

Just last night! She came right up to the window.

[Ron's happy enough to see Headwig, though really... dead people/animals coming back to life is still a little creepy for him. He'd never gotten used to Sirius being back around, but he's not going to rain on Harry's parade. He hasn't actually seen him happy in a while.]

Malnosso, you reckon? Or does she have an extra set of these ruddy wings at her back and came through like the rest of us?

[It's definitely strange to see dead people and animals coming back to life, and Dumbledore has warned Harry not to fall for stuff like that. Harry's stupidly happy about it.]

Hermione said one of the Malnosso made this happen. That's how Crookshanks came back, same with Trevor. [Pause.] Has Pig shown up?

[Unusually happy is very good. Luna certainly likes this expression on Harry's face more than him being hurt, exhausted, or angry. She digs in the basket of cooking supplies she has on her arm to find a bit of fish wrapped in paper that she'd planned to use for something or other. It could be replaced.]

So yours arrived, too.

[It's pretty strange for him, and his expressions have usually been variations of :| for as long as he's been friends with Luna. Stupid war and everything ruining his mood. Hedwig flies lower, smelling something that might be tasty.]

Last night she did, yeah. I wasn't really expecting it.

[Luna opens up the paper and holds it out in her hands so Hedwig can feed; it's not just-killed, but it is pretty fresh.]

I suppose not, but I thought that man sounded a bit odd about them. Perhaps he didn't quite know if they could come or not.

[Hedwig leans forward to examine it, then tears off a small chunk with her beak to eat. Very good!]

I hadn't heard him say it. I just know that some of the other pets came around to our house.
