thank you so much :) Well, there are lot of ways to archieve this painted effect. I'm obsessed with it :) It's all filters, Paint Daubs/Diffuse or High Pass/Median. I usually use the Paint Daubs/Diffuse combo. If you would like, later I could send you a message how exactly I do it :)
