The Polar Bear Plunge wasn't too horrible. Sure it was 45 degree water and it felt like a million sharp knives piercing your skin at once causing you to gasp and inhale water, scared, thinking to yourself that you're about to drown because for a split second you forgot you have to kick up to the surface.
