Well, we made it to Mexico. Yesterday was seemingly the longest day ever. We had to get up at 2am to leave for the airport anyway which is a good 5 hours earlier than normal, and given the time difference we also had a 30 hour long day instead of the usual 24

Oh my that flight sounds like a bit of a pain in the ass... I seriously think that people travelling with babies should have their own cabin separate from economy...that's pretty fair for everyone, wouldn't you agree? hehe. But yeah the easier option would be to allow anyone under 3 not to fly...you're totally right, they're too young to even understand where they are! When I was an infant, my parents took me to Canada (from the States) and that wasn't so bad, it's not such a long trip really.

But anyway: I hope you have a great time in Mexico, drink margaritas and have a tequila shot for me! :D
