Today I registered for class at L'Institute d'études Politique à Strasbourg. Basically this is the second best political school in France behinde L'Institute d'études Politique à Paris (there is a certain logic to the french system), but the classes are all in French and they are all for real credit, if they transfer back, which is a whole
