Just let me say that London is the most ingtense town ever. I went with this girl Monique from my program and we took the EuroStar from Paris. We spent the whole train ride pretending to be "Old sea salt" and frustraiting to other passengers with our constant loud Americaness. I fanally made it, Wales. It is a dream to be here, and tomorrow I go and search for King Arthur. But this is just a small taste of my past.

Ok so here is what I have been up to. I am living in Strasbourg, in one of those 5 story French appatment buildings. I have a little appartment on the top floor of the building and well it is a little shadey, but it is growing on me. I have a nice view of the roofs of these other appartment buildings. I finshed my first week of classes, damn that was hard, but my French is coming along, but needs alot of help. So not much is going on, my guy is going to take me to this flea market this weekend to get a bike, I am gunning for an old school 20 euro bike that was made in like the 50's. Man the Swiss really know how to get things done. Right now I am at the Backpackers Villa in Interlaken. I spent a couple of days up in some of the villages in the mountains, and I feel more at home there then I do IN Strasborg. I did an 8 hour hike yesterday, and at about 3pm we ran into all kinds of Swiss cows, ahh the sweet juice of chocolate. ( Read more... )
