I'm gonna start writing that story. And I always start to write things and I never finish them but whatever I think I'll make it my summer project. Either every night or early morning I'm going to work on it a little bit. Maybe by like Halloween it'll be finished and I'll post it on here for everyone to see

It means that when you know someone, and you get close, you become aware of a bond. Alot like trust, except this bond is either there or isn't. You definetly know if it is, and you also definetly know if it isn't.
