Okay, teenage fangirl squeeing aside, this is adorable and hilarious all at the same time! <3 I started to scroll back up and copy and paste my favorite bits, but it was sort of all of them, so...

I love your commentary on Doctor/River! I, too, ship them like it's my job. I think they have brilliant chemistry, and I totally agree that the Doctor likes her even more when he finds out she's in prison, possibly for killing him. I'm also a little in love with Matt's acting, because he does do a brilliant job of being very not 'people' but very likable all the same.

So I have a question, since you mention thinking Matt is great with kids: Do you think series 5 was more kid-friendly? I personally do, but most of what I've seen from other fans seems to disagree...
