I have met many crazy people in my former New England life (which would be this old picture taken about two years ago) and my contemporary life here in the Sunshine state. Yesterday my mom hands the phone over to our very street saavy, former restaurant owner/investor neighbor. She's a little inebriated, slurring her speech and repeating herself.
