Cindy Kreiling (school secretary, mother of 3, wife, and good christian) died of a heart attack.. she was like, early 40s..

I'm so sorry. How are you guys holding up? We had a sudden death at our school last year, so I know how badly it shakes things up.
Is there anything I can do?
