Have you started applying for jobs yet? It's a tough environment right now, let me tell you. A dozen or so people with master's degrees applied for a position at my job and they had been out of work for months.
I wish more people I knew would blog / use Livejournal. Facebook and MySpace is just too fragmented and busy and chaotic. I like to read and discuss in depth and those sites really don't encourage that kind of interaction.
Indeed! I don't have any finals in either of my classes during finals week, so I am just waiting for graduation day.
I've put in a few resumes... but that's about it so far. I actually got a call today and did a quick phone interview with someone from Fanbox and she asked me if I was still looking for employment. The quick phone interview went well, and we'll see what happens with that. I plan on getting more done with that on Thursday so I can finish my paper tomorrow.
But I agree completely... I cannot stand Facebook and Myspace. Oddly enough I do like Twitter. Even though it is really chaotic, I always find some kind of enjoyment in figuring out how to say what I want in a limited length of characters. It just sucks that the people I know just enjoy using Facebook/Myspace... *shrugs*
