today was ok. school was fine. we didnt really do anything except take notes and stuff. and celina i finally found the note i wrote u!!! lol. ne way. practice we did switching work on 4 400. negative split decending by 5 seconds each time (5,10,15,20) it was ok. i cant wait till the meet this weekend.. i really wanna do good. i hope i dont bomb.
