Please give us a detailed personal history of your character:

At first glance, Chise was just your average ordinary mediocre schoolgirl. She was a small, clumsy, smart (she only did well in world history), and shy teenager who had a few friends and a boyfriend. But this was the only peaceful aspect of her life. She was also the ultimate weapon of mass destruction. In the world where Chise hails from the entire planet Earth was in a horrible state of war. Nations were constantly fighting each other, destroying many cities and causing mayhem across the planet. Japan was oddly enough the only country that had a few major cities and homes still standing. The town where Chise lived in was one of the few places that were in a state of peace.

It was at the start of Chise's final year in high school when her best friend Akemi gave her a small push of confidence to ask Shuji out. Both he and Chise had small crushes on each other and were inexperienced and thus their relationship started on a steady beat. Unfortunately this beat was disrupted afterwards. A few days later Chise was taken in by the Japanese Special Defense Force (SDF) army to have her body be modified into the ultimate weapon. She was specifically chosen because her body was the only one that had a high rate of adaptability to the weapon cells injected into her. There was no other choice as the destruction of war was looming closer to Japan. The city of Tokyo no longer existed and enemy forces were quickly closing in on the country. Chise returned home the next day and resumed her daily life.

Everything began to drastically change for the worse on the day Chise's class went on a field trip to Sapporo. She had just finished her daily medical check-up at the SDF's headquarters when enemy fighter jets started raiding Sapporo. Sensing that Shuji was in danger she quickly flew to the city and eradicated the jets before more damage could be done. Unfortunately Shuji caught sight of her and was shocked to see his girlfriend in weapon form. Chise's dark secret was discovered. After the air raid Chise and Shuji tried to continue their relationship knowing that she was now a weapon. But the amount of stress between living these two different lives began to take its toll on their relationship. Both were afraid of the growing distance between them; Chise worried about Shuji leaving her because she is a killing machine and Shuji was afraid of saying things that would hurt her. The appearance of Shuji's first love didn't help either since it questioned Shuji's opinion on who should he continue to love. Soon the stressing emotions and pains broke their relationship. Chise and Shuji became 'just friends' once again because both believed that if they continued on loving each other, it would only cause more pain and suffering. Everything else returned to its original routine. Chise fought in more battles and Shuji continued going to school, but their hearts still yearned for each other.

As the war raged on Chise was becoming stronger, and stronger every day to the point that she would occasionally obliterate an entire area, enemies and allies included. Then one night on the battlefield while crying on the footsteps of a church she was discovered by Lt. Tetsu and taken to his secret hideout. Tetsu was an officer that used to be part of Chise's old platoon and was the only survivor of that group. In Chise's eyes he bore a striking resemblance to her now exboyfriend Shuji. The next morning during a sudden cease-fire they found themselves 'shopping' in the local deserted malls and enjoyed each other's presence. It was the first time since she was turned into a weapon that Chise felt and was treated like a normal school girl. In the midst of a make-out session that night, she questioned him on whether what they were doing is love or not and the reason why she broke up with Shuji. She knew that both of them didn't know how to properly love each other and only felt the pains of their actions. She believed that breaking up would stop her suffering, but it only made her long for him even more. Thus she had a dream that as long as she could love him from far away until she died, she would continue on living as a human. To her surprise Tetsu scolded her for thinking that way and told her that that wasn't how men and women were supposed to live. He explained that if people didn't take risks they wouldn't be able to feel the best part of life, even if they rubbed each other the wrong way (in a nutshell, having sex is how men and women have to live). In his eyes, Chise would never be a machine to him. He ushered her to return to base and gave a parting message that if they ever met up again here, it would be the day that he would die.

When she returned her supervisors were furious but glad that she appeared. The war was becoming worse every day and their enemies were planning to charge in; nobody wanted to negotiate for peace and absolute destruction loomed ahead. To their horror, Chise suddenly fainted and went unconscious because of her lack of medication for the past two days. She needed to take her pills in order to survive otherwise the weapon cells would kill her entire body. Neither the SDF's assigned doctors nor scientists could wake her up. For three days Chise's heart stopped beating until the battle started once more. She swiftly brought painless deaths to the enemy forces in the area and decided to check up on Tetsu. To her dismay he was already shot and was bleeding to death. During his last moments she stayed by his side as he called out for his wife's name. At that very moment Chise wanted to quit fighting and live the rest of her life with the one she loved, Shuji. She wholly understood that in order to stop the battle happening in the city and escape from the SDF, she had to destroy the entire area. She killed the director general above her without mercy and annihilated the city before departing to her home town. There she was reunited with Shuji and both of them wanted to restart their relationship. Many things had happened to Shuji while she was gone and some of it included sorting out his feelings. He only had one person who he truly loved, and that person was Chise. Holding hands together they left their hometown to get away from the war and to start on their own life. The next morning Chise woke up to find herself at Landels Institute.

Please give us a detailed description of your character's personality:

Chise is a very shy and clumsy girl with a low self-esteem which influenced her to the point of apologizing for everything that happens around her. Apart from being ridiculously clumsy and breaking out into tears every so often, Chise has a very kind heart and a solid determination to help and protect those she loves. Leading a double life has put a strain on her relationship with Shuji, leaving her to struggle with the constant stress and guilt. She feels guilty for killing many people, destroying their homes, and turning everything into ashes. Before she thought that her life had no meaning, but after a moving speech from Tetsu she discovers that she wants to live and be together with her boyfriend. Deep inside Chise knows that even if the whole world or Shuji will not forgive her, she will forgive herself for committing those crimes, but worries about whether or not she deserves any happiness in the end. As the series progressed Chise developed a darker persona that enjoys and thrives off the killing and destruction of everything around her. This cold demeanor's main objective is to eliminate any enemies at all costs and only appears whenever Chise is badly damaged.

Please give us a detailed physical description of your character:

Chise has dark brown eyes with short, light colored brown hair. She stands only 150cm tall and gives off the image of a very small animal. On her back she has two medium sized scars which indicate where her wings burst out from and a huge scar in between her breasts. Whenever Chise goes into weapon mode large cracks would appear where her scars are and multiple wires would slither out and connect to the giant rifles or cannons that sprout from her arms. Her mechanical wings have a wingspread of about one foot. When she exits out of weapon mode her body automatically heals all the cracks in her skin and areas where her weapons and wings appeared.

What kinds of magical/special/crazy powers does your character have, if any?:

In a nutshell, four simple words would overall describe what kind of powers that Chise has: weapons of mass destruction, and as a result, her power focuses mainly on military weapons used in wars. The weapon cells in her body enable her to materialize missiles, small laser cannons, huge rifles, and rocket jets anywhere from her body. Mechanical wings emerge as well whenever she goes into "weapon" mode or hears a gunshot. The strength of her powers are abnormally high when compared to the weapons used in the modern world. She was capable of fighting against thousands of jets, tanks, and artillery. Her ability to decimate an entire city with one blast of energy, as well as vaporizing a giant hole in a wall, proves how dangerous she is as a weapon. Also, Chise can transform into a giant weapon-type aircraft whenever the situation calls for a huge scale annihilation of enemy forces. While in weapon mode her skin goes cold and her heartbeat slows down to a point where it doesn't beat anymore.

If present, how do you plan to tweak those powers to make him/her appropriately hindered in the setting of Landel's?:

At Landel's, Chise will not be able to solidify any of her weapons in an instant. Instead, she'll only be able to sprout a relatively medium sized laser cannon from her arms and can only fire one laser cannon blast. The blast would be around the size of a volleyball, but it would only cripple any regular-sized monsters during nightshift. She will be able to inflict about 40% damage to a single monster. After attacking, she will feel extremely exhausted and will not be able to use her cannon. Although, in the rarest, desperate, critical, and life-threatening situation, Chise will be able to fire a second shot. Her second attack will drain all of her energy, causing her to be on the verge of passing out. Chise's blood loss is caused by the summoning of her weapons, since they break through her skin while solidifying. This is the main reason why she'll feel exhausted after using her laser cannon. Her wings are gonna be about one foot wingspan-wise when she goes into her weapon mode. There will be a lot of wires connecting her cannon, wings, and body together; and will automatically disappear after she uses her laser cannon.

Does your character have any other non-magical skills or abilities that we should know about?:

Aside from having the power to be absolutely clumsy and uncoordinated, Chise does not have any other special skills or abilities.

How about improbable appendages?:

Chise does not have any removable limbs, aside from the fact that she is a mechanical weapon of some sort. Although her right arm fell off in the middle of having sex with Shuji (which happens way ahead of the time I'm whisking her away).
