I'm curious. Do birthdays count if the person is dead?

Don't try to bake birthday cake, Genesis. And don't burn the newspaper I left for you to look at.

dead man dying, angeal's kitchen nightmares, the things he does for love, genesis

Haha, did I come back on your birthday ? More things to celebrate, then!

Why should my birthday be something you celebrate? Cheering as it is to know.

It's tradition! We throw huge parties on people's birthdays.

You should tell people these things before the fact, you know.

I like that you assume it is my brithday, and not simply a question posed to the city.

You wouldn't bring it up if it wasn't.

It wasn't a big deal. If I wasn't so curious I wouldn't have said anything.

I never saw the importance of a birthday.

Living another year, I suppose.

And it gives everyone around you an excuse to load you up with stuff you don't need.

I guess I should start plotting for next August now, then, to make good on that complaint.

I would like to think that they do. Whether someone is dead or not shouldn't stop anyone or people close to that person from giving them a celebration.

Happy birthday, by the way. Do you have a favorite type of cake?
