Since I last wrote, I have traversed the country-from Honolulu to LA to Dallas to Denver to Boston and finally to Raleigh. We have a house of our very own (we bought it, no thanks to our realtor) that we get to decorate and I absolutely adore it here. I am so glad I'm not living in hotels anymore. Welcome back to the internet! It sounds like you had a long trip, I did the LA to Indiana trip, I was born out in California - we had two dogs, two birds, and eight hermit crabs. So, I feel you on that one. ;)

North Carolina is wonderful, at least what I've seen of the state. My best friend Nicole (Wayward Tempest) lives in the mountains. It's funny after being in the flat lands of Indiana so long, to see so many... hills. I always liked NC too because it is so different, depending on your location. You have mountains, you have the ocean, and you're close to a lot of major cities... Plus only a half day trip to Disney World. Seems great to me!

I wish you luck at the Job Fair. Also hope kitty made the travels all right; it's quite the epic journey for a cat. ;)
