Rock on, Mish! I agree with your writings about hell... I don't think that it's fair to say that people are going to hell for not believing in Jesus Christ... and I have talking to people about hell... once I asked, "Do people who don't know about Jesus go to hell?" and they said "That's different." I thought, "There shouldn't be exceptions if it's a concrete belief." There can't be loopholes in the divine way. Either there's a hell and all those that don't except Jesus go to it... or there isn't one. I don't believe in hell.
What about the pagans that lived before Jesus was born? They didn't know about Jesus... certainly THEY didn't go to hell. That wouldn't be very fair. And if God was really the kind a loving Father they make him out to be... why would he give us choices and then punish us in Hell for them?
I like to think that it's like in the movie Bedazzled--if there even is a "satan" I bet satan and god are playing chess. =)

This really made no sense at all.

wow, i like you whole hell thing. But question, since im Jewish and we dont follow the whole Jesus thing and we dont believe in hell. So is there an exeption there if you dont believe in it or do we still go there. Also since Jews started way befor Jesus so they all just went somewere besides hell or what ever it is supposed to be anyways.

Umm ya im a little confused on that one.
