Super Simple Toaster Oven Apple Crisp

After going apple picking today, I slapped together this recipe, it came out quite tasty :).

Preheat toaster oven to 375°F

Line toaster oven baking pan with foil (keeps cleanup easy), and coat with margarine/butter.

Peel 3 apples and slice thinly (2-3mm slices).

I just went apple picking myself today (well, not picking per se, but I -did- go to a roadside stand), and I has some apples that need to be baked into something. This might just work!

LOL, we had apple crisp as well tonight. it's that time of year when you have at least 20lbs of fresh apples that need immediate attention : )
