Bruises and other news

Well, in the end I decided to go to an Aikido dojo not far from my place. The sensei there is really understanding about my work hours. I've enjoyed my first few lessons there, and have the bruises to show for it, but I think it'll be good for me. If anything, it give me more of an awareness of my movement, and what my body's doing
