as did everyone else.

However, i still think i made the right decision in waiting a week. If i had gotten bad news, a full week of preparing for it would have been necessary.

Sounds like it was exactly as I predicted, which simply demonstrates that you should worship me as an Oracle and appease me with shrines, temples, shiny objects, and fuzzy textures.

I assume that by Friday you will have had surficient time to move from numbness to jubilation. It is at this time we will party like it's on sale for $19.99.

I am glad it was the slim chance of a mailing error and you actually got accepted. This calls for much drinking. By the way, since I had not read lj for a while, the text message I got in art class at about 10 or 11am was very strange until later clarification.
