I'm in Abq until the end of the month plus a little. there will be a party on the 22nd email me for details. more parties and teas some great ping me here or on email....um, anyone with any help about how I could be getting better sleep( I feel like someone ran me over ) the advice would be appreciated.

Better sleep? As in, jet lag problems? Or something more than that?

For jet lag, melatonin has worked well for me. Even so, it took about a week to feel really sorted when we got back to the States.

Welcome back! I am likely booked on the 22nd, so another opportunity to run into you would be great.

Also, to help with the sleep, get up early/earlier than usual and do something very physical like hiking or the like during the day and then go to bed a little later than usual. It helps restart me... oh, and avoid caffeine for a bit. (OR only consume it at least 12 hours before your bed time.)

I'm already booked out of town on the 22nd and this weekend, but would much like to see you.
