I'm in Abq until the end of the month plus a little. there will be a party on the 22nd email me for details. more parties and teas some great ping me here or on email....um, anyone with any help about how I could be getting better sleep( I feel like someone ran me over ) the advice would be appreciated.

For jet lag, melatonin has worked well for me. Even so, it took about a week to feel really sorted when we got back to the States.

Also, to help with the sleep, get up early/earlier than usual and do something very physical like hiking or the like during the day and then go to bed a little later than usual. It helps restart me... oh, and avoid caffeine for a bit. (OR only consume it at least 12 hours before your bed time.)
