Chupacabras are said to suck the blood from animals, not light them on fire. It has to be something else. Has anybody actually seen anything or are they just finding the burned remains of chickens? If that's the case, it's probably a person that's doing it.

Also, could you sum up the link you posted for those of us that can't understand it?
