What I got:
*Chibi!Judai from Yu-gi-oh GX~ This is a screencap from Episode 40, Judai's duel versus one of the Seven Stars, Abidos. It shows the more lighthearted side of Judai's personality (but then again, there are quite a lot of those in Season 1). Also, IN-CANON CHIBI is rare and awesome 8D
*Loki from Matantei Loki Ragnarok~ This is from one of my lesser and obscure fandoms. Truthfully, it's because I'm such a myth nerd and Norse has been brought to my attention after watching GX (it's a long story). I've read the manga and watched the anime and I'm really sad at the injustice for this particular show because it has potential. Anyway, I loved this icon when I first saw it because Loki looks cute and smug at the same time (to me at least xD).
*Mokona Modoki (AKA Soel) and Kurogane from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles~ Though I have yet to watch season 2 and the OVAs and read the whole manga in its entirety (but I've already read the ending :p), the story fascinated me. I'm a fan of Mokona, and I like its interactions with Kurogane in the show. Also, Mokona is the 3rd character I've RP-ed in LJ, so I do have a sort of special attachment to it, since it was one of the longest-lasting characters I've ever played. It's also the most fun to write posts and dialogs for. Its hyper and cheery personality endears it to me. :)
*Celebi from Pokemon~ Celebi is a member of the 'cute legendaries'. Though I have nothing against legendaries being large and scary to enforce their status, I like the gimmick of the fairy-like legendaries, mainly because they represent the idea that strength does not have to be proportional to size. In the movies and in the anime, Celebi is often portrayed as friendly, playful and helpful. Grass and Psychic may not be my favorite types but I think they do fit with Celebi's representation as 'The Forest Protector', giving the image of a forest pixie. Also, I agree with the analogy of Celebi being a flying green onion xD

Well, actually, I wanted to make an icon for myself, rather than search for icons made by others. I did this only with the tools in Photobucket. It may not be noticeable at first glance but this is from Episode 179, a scene during Asuka's speech at the graduation ceremony (which IMO is quite awesome and tear-jerking). Consider me weird that the icon I'd like would be one where Judai looks sad but I really like how he seems to be lost in memories somehow and it tugs at my heartstrings. Aside from the mystery this imposes regarding what he is thinking about, for me it is also a pseudo-shipping icon. Why? Well, that's for you to deduce ;)
*Mizutani and Izumi from Ookiku Furikabutte ~Natsu not Taikai Hen~ This is quite a funny (and slightly shippy for an IzuMizu fan like me) scene in the second season of OoFuri. As I recall, this is from Episode 11 (or was it 10?). Anyway, this just goes to show that TICKLING IS AWESOME. 8D Just don't mistake it for a raep time. Izumi is my favorite character from the show because he's always cool and he's snarky. xD And he's awesome for being a switch-hitter too <3
