A New Day

Quick life post about me pondering about my life. Well, to be specific, my braces are finally taken off today, and it feels weird.

Also I only have one week to go before the second semester begins and I haven't written much because I'm distracted by my Katekyo Hitman Reborn DVD Oh yeah I pretty much fail

Looks like I need to change that in my profile

Ahh, I remember when I first got my braces off. ;; I was lucky in that I didn't have to have them all that long -- a year and a half, if I remember right, and only because I had a few twisted teeth, a minor case of overcrowding, and my two front teeth were getting pushed together and were starting to cross over one another in the front. Made my teeth sore every time they tightened and adjusted them, and I was sore for a day or two afterward and had to eat something that didn't require much intensive chewing afterward, but I was much better off for it. I also remember having to use the silicone stuff to keep any sores that formed from getting any worse... :S But damn, it hurt.

All in all, it sucked, but it was immensely helpful that I got them when I did. And you will probably appreciate it too once your teeth stop hurting. XD

Wow, that must have really hurt. I got mine for three and a half years. I had overcrowding teeth too, and the dentist had to remove four of my adult teeth @.@ Yeah, those were some painful days. Well, I got my retainers today and LOL They feel even weirder. But yeah, at least my smile doesn't look vampiric now, because my molars aren't sticking out anymore xD
