Oh wow i love that Eureka 7 panel, on the hair do you use several different colours or one base colour and adjust with multiply/burn or something? I've been trying to improve the way i'm doing hair recently and yours is amazing!

The base layer was basically one solid colour (light blue), and then I added several shading and highlight layers above the base layer. Most shading layers were set on normal, a few on multiply to emphasize the effects. The tones of the shading layers varied though - some greener, some bluer, some darker - you get the idea.
