I've always had weak ankles, both of them. But lately, my right ankle has been getting bothered very easily. And, let's face it, it's not like I do too much on it or anything. -_

You probably need to strengthen your ankles by actually doing something with them. If you don't do owt because it's uncomfortable it'll just get weaker and weaker and your foot will fall off (last part may be a lie).
Oh my gosh, now I'm afraid of losing my foot. Thanks. >:( No, but really, I think maybe it's getting better on its own already. I didn't feel it nearly as much yesterday. Then again, it is bothersome today... >_<'
