I hate days like this

For some reason today I find my self very depressed. Don't ask why because I do not know. It happens sometimes. I ust feel very down. I wonderd if it is that time of the month. I have noticed that while I am breastfeeding, I do not get my period, which is cool. I do, however, tend to get some of the other signs of a period though. I get depresion
