Leadership Development Program

Sometime late last week, I got a letter from Celadon. It went something along the lines of: "Dear Tiffany, we have seen leadership potential in you, and so we are inviting you to the Leadership Development Program (LDP), a two-day event to be held in Maryhill, Antipolo from November 17-18 ( Read more... )

Hooray! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the LDP. I really enjoyed mine too last year, and it was when I was really inspired to be a manager, so here I am. XD Don't worry about being not-like Leslie. Everyone has his or her own assets. :) You're good for being who you are right now, and I bet that's what Celadon needs from you too: to be yourself. :) I'm looking forward to see you as a manager next year. Let's go Celadon! XD

It was fun! :) It also inspired me to become an active member not only in Celadon, but also in other orgs (still, most of my commitment will be to Celadon, because it's the most fun out of all the orgs I've joined). Wah! I feel like I have so many flaws. Hopefully I will overcome them, haha. Go Celadon! :) As for being a manager next year... I think I'd like to become a writing head for Chinoy.

Sure sounded like a lot of fun! It'd be cool to go to one of those - I've also been told that I would be good leader but I've never really developed it. I'm very glad that you decided to go.

Hmmm... if we could both be good leaders, how about we take over the world? :P

Based on what I know about you, I think that you have leadership potential. You're outgoing and you have the drive (and initiative to start things).

Let us take over the world together! :) Just kidding. XD

Heya Tifa! Glad you had fun in LDP ;) Yeah, you should try out for a manager role next year. Who knows? Maybe you'd do a great job!

You can't compare yourself with Leslie because both of you are two different people. Just look at your strengths, develop them, and acknowledge your weaknesses and improve on them. You'll do a fine job balancing your acads and org. I know you will. ;)

See ya around! ^^
