Today marks the one-year anniversary of Peter Steele's death. They were accepting tribute art for an online gallery for Peter Steele at typeonegative.net

My two cheesy little photomanipulations made the cut. And yes, I explained that the images were found on google; I was honest.

He and James Hetfield of Metallica are my two top idols.
I never got to meet Peter, but I hope to in the afterlife.

I got to see Type O play back in 2000. Never got to meet them, but it was a hell of a show. Peter had his usual dry humor and said the second song would be the last, citing "you all have to go to work and school anyway tomorrow" as the reason. Of course they played a full set, lol.

The dancing Charlie icon was a bitch to make, but I'm glad he gave somebody else some amusement as well =)
