Well....good question. That's why we do the shake. Besides, unless we're going to the bathroom at home or something, there isn't anything available to wipe it off with at urinals. should this be added as the 8th wonder of the world ;)?

urinals should certainly supply toilet paper and encourage cleanliness. the "shake off" just seems like it wouldn't be all too effective. :(

yes, I can't imagine the "shake" being the ideal way. it is kind of nasty to think about. perhaps it is laziness? well what came first, no toliet paper at the urinals or guys not using toliet paper? but then again...they pee in toliets too, where toliet paper is available. this is a complex little question.
