No one remembers what it's supposed to be about. They really don't. They're way too wrapped up in money and politics and trying to fight. It's not about fighting, it's about turning the other cheek, and giving, and caring about people.

Not votes. Not money. Not destroying abortion clinics.

It's easy to abuse, I suppose. I love Jesus Christ. He was a pretty awesome dude with a lot of good things to say.

I think the politicization of religion is pretty much the worst thing to happen since the Spanish Inquisition.

But yeah, Christianity has pretty terrible BNFs. I don't think any of them actually know the canon, they're just in the fandom because it's the hip thing to be : [

I know. I mean, look at Ann Coulter. I'd so call troll if she weren't so serious it's scary.

No one actually pays attention to the canon, or what it was intended to be. (lol, that's just about as canonical as you can get!) But if you can get to be a BNF in Christianity, then you get all kinds of fans and respect and shit, not to mention influence.

AND THEY'RE ALL DOING IT WRONG. IT DRIVES ME NUTS.

There are occasional good BNFs who do a lot of good stuff for the world! They're not perfect, but hey, nobody is.

It's just the Agenda Christians that piss me off.
