So Color Bleach+/Official Bootleg came out in English and I picked up a copy yesterday! If you've never seen them before, kay_willow has wonderful translations of the Recruitment Fair Q/A sessions and the Divisional Profiles in her journal here. I'm not gonna go in deep detail here (if you have a particular part that you've never seen translated and are ( Read more... )

"Nanao is still HBIC. Eh is a pretty cool guy and doesn't afraid of Yamamoto and his green tea."

I don't know how to read that properly. XD

And woooow! So much ShunNana and ShuuRan stuff. You'd think that someone was trying to hint at something? ;9

And LOOOOOOL at Tousen being a ray of light in the dark. Is this for LULZ? Not to mention the stuff that they wrote about the ryoka kinda reminds me of what you would see in propaganda during war times (like here during Vietnam War all asian immigrants were labelled as "the yellow peril" that will take over our country and eat our children). LOL If anyone takes that seriously I would really facepalm at that.

I was paraphrasing this! (anti-virus up to date and all!)

I can't imagine what!

I noticed that, too! Apparently, 'ray of light' is not the sole intellectual property of Rukia. And yeah, it was scare propaganda! It was really cute to read and made me giggle a little. Then at the end, they were like "Yamamoto said they're not guilty" and that was the only thing they were told.

Oh wow, I always thought the "Pretty cool guy" thing was based on Kamen Rider Kuuga and the fact Hong Kong subs calls him "Masked Rider Cool Guy"

Are you sure they already haven't? Check the last link - it's basically an essay of that article up there.

Orihime's new nickname is HYPNOTITS!

Oh, I was referring to the "Orihime makes people do her evil bidding on purpose" theory, not about her tits!

Damn, that's an adorable piece on the Ryoka. Also second the amazing lulz on Rangiku's trolling. That woman is amazing - and I have a feeling that she's set her sights on turning Orihime into an apprentice of sorts. She's got the groundwork all set up.

Oh god, I so want that to happen. There was a bit in Honey Dish Rhapsody where she was teaching Orihime to wear her kimono the same way - they should expand on that. :3

Rangiku is my hero forever and ever.

Fufufu, honey dish rhapsody? Weren't that the same novel where Rangiku and Shunsui got Orihime drunk? I didn't know about the kimono thing, but heavens know what would happen to Ichigo if Orihime did learn to exploit her charms. (the beach chapter alone promises tons of lulz to be had)

Rangiku is so awesome, even Kubo couldn't get on her good side in one of the video games (good convo with chars add some sort of relationship meter), leading him to complain something along the lines of 'I'm the creator, damn it'.

Yep, same scene, actually! Rangiku is teaching Orihime to wear her kimono open and tells her "If you got it, you should flaunt it. Unlike some women I know, who don't have anything to flaunt". And then Nanao walks in and covers her chest (this is the ONLY TIME I've ever seen her flustered over having a small chest outside of the beach filler episode, which is why it pissed me off so bad). Nanao asks them both if they've seen Shunsui, to which they reply no. And as soon as Nanao walks off, Shunsui walks up and says he's glad he avoided her. Then he shares some of his soba buns with Orihime (these are the buns he eats when Nanao grounds him from his booze because they're filled with sake). The buns are so strong that just one knocks Orihime out - and that's when Hitsugaya comes up and the illustration from the book with Orihime in a daze on the floor takes place.

AHAH I remember that! It was in the foreword of one of the volumes!

- Tousen is described as 'a ray of light in the dark'. Uh huh.

i giggled. a lot. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. so... Rukia X Tousen is canon? XD

as for Orihime! it's like they're scared of Orihime the most! LMAOOO. maybe because she's really hot and charming. but i find the blurb very endearing though! also, i remember Yumi describing her as beautiful. it's in the anime though, so i'm not sure if it's canon (if it's in the manga, i mean) XD

Yumichika? Calling a woman an adjective associated with being attractive? ... Nope, can't see it.
